“Skinny” Secrets From One Sister To Another

I was talking to my sister on the phone the other day and she was telling me that she had went home the weekend before and our youngest sister commented on how “skinny” she looked and asked her what she had been doing.

She told her that she had been doing some form of exercise every single day, no matter if she wanted to or not, even it if was just for 10 minutes. She then told her that she had been eating much healthier and that she ate something every couple hours no matter is she was “feeling” hungry or not.

“That’s all? ” My youngest sister asked. “Yup”

I think my youngest sister was waiting for the “magic pill” answer or “how hard she has been working”. As my sister was telling me this, I wanted to just hug her right through the phone! This was the most positive I have ever heard her talk about herself and her weight and she made is so simple!

Losing weight does not have to be difficult or hard. Just as my sister has made a decision to make it a “lifestyle” by making small changes and doing them every day, you can too!
